because we believe that understanding should come before agreement. Where traditional terms protect the
company at the user's expense, ours seek balance — your dignity, your data sovereignty, and your right to a
platform that serves your growth."
1. The Spirit of This Agreement
Guiding Principles
- Mutual respect. You respect the community; we respect your autonomy.
- Clarity over cleverness. No hidden clauses. No gotchas. If something matters, we
say it plainly.
- Growth over extraction. This platform exists to support your personal expansion,
not to capture your attention for profit.
- Sovereignty. You own your data. You control your experience. You can leave at any
time, taking your data with you.
By creating an account or using in2it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you may not use the
platform — and that's okay.
2. What in2it Is
in2it is a conscious connection platform that facilitates personal growth through
intentional relationships. We provide:
- Presence Journey — personal growth tracking across 5 dimensions of connection
consciousness (Intuition, Being, Activation, Reflectivity, Embodiment)
- Event Discovery — curated experiences for in-person and virtual gatherings focused on
wellness, consciousness, and authentic human connection
- Intentional Matchmaking — algorithm-assisted pairing based on alignment, not
superficial metrics
- Video Connections — private, peer-to-peer video conversations with matched participants
- AI-Powered Insights — reflections and growth suggestions personalized to your journey
Important Disclaimer
in2it is a personal growth and connection tool — not a
healthcare service, therapy platform, dating app, or professional networking service. While we support
well-being, our platform does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are
experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency
services.
3. Your Account
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us
immediately at support@in2it.live. We will never ask for your password via email or in-app messaging.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion:
- All personal data is removed within 30 days
- Active subscriptions are cancelled (no future charges)
- Anonymized aggregate data may persist (it cannot identify you)
- This action is irreversible
4. Community Standards
in2it is a space for growth, and that requires a foundation of safety and respect. By using the platform, you
agree to:
What We Expect from Each Other
From you:
- Treat every person you connect with dignity and respect
- Be authentic — represent yourself honestly in your profile and interactions
- Approach connections with openness and genuine curiosity
- Report behavior that makes you or others feel unsafe
- Respect boundaries — if someone ends a conversation, honor that choice
From us:
- Provide a safe, functional, and continuously improving platform
- Respond to safety reports within 48 hours
- Be transparent about changes that affect your experience
- Never exploit your data or attention for our financial gain beyond fair subscription fees
- Listen to your feedback and involve you in shaping the product roadmap
Prohibited Conduct
The following will result in account suspension or permanent removal:
- Harassment, abuse, or threats of any kind
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any
other protected characteristic
- Impersonation — pretending to be someone you are not
- Commercial exploitation — using in2it to solicit, recruit, or sell without
authorization
- Automated access — bots, scrapers, or any non-human interaction with the platform
- Sharing explicit or harmful content during video connections or in shared spaces
- Circumventing safety systems — blocking, reporting, or account evasion
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier
in2it offers free access to core features including the Presence Journey, event discovery, and limited
connection features. Free accounts are never degraded to push upgrades — if a feature is free today, it
stays free.
Premium Subscriptions
- Premium features are available via recurring subscription
- Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription management (Apple App Store, Google Play) or
through in-app settings
Refunds
We process refunds in accordance with the policies of your app store (Apple, Google). For web subscriptions
processed through Stripe, contact support@in2it.live within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not
offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, but we will work with you in good faith
to resolve any billing concerns.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The in2it platform, including its design, code, animations, branding, and AI-generated content templates, is
owned by in2it and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or
reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Your Content
Content you create on in2it — including reflections, journal entries, photos, and profile information —
remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and display it back to you within the app
- Process it for feature functionality (e.g., AI insights)
- Include it in anonymized, aggregate analytics (non-identifiable)
We will never use your content for marketing, sell it to third parties, or display it to
other users without your explicit consent (e.g., a profile photo you choose to share).
7. Event Participation
When you participate in events through in2it:
- Event hosts are responsible for the content and conduct of their events. in2it provides
the technology platform, not the event itself
- In-person events carry inherent risks. in2it is not liable for incidents that occur at
physical event venues
- Video connections are peer-to-peer and not monitored by in2it. Report any concerning
behavior using the in-app safety tools
- Matchmaking is algorithmic and based on your stated preferences. We do not guarantee
compatibility or satisfaction with any specific connection
8. Limitation of Liability
in2it is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work continuously to
improve the platform:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation
- We are not liable for actions taken by other users on or off the platform
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for in2it in the 12 months preceding any
claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
This doesn't diminish any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be
waived by agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution
We believe most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If you have a concern:
- Contact us first at support@in2it.live — we commit to responding within 5 business days
- Mediation — if direct resolution fails, we agree to participate in good-faith mediation
before pursuing other remedies
- Governing law — these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United
States, without regard to conflict of law principles
We do not require mandatory arbitration or class action waivers. We believe you should have
the right to seek legal remedy through the courts if needed.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or evolving best practices. When
we do:
- We will provide 30 days advance notice for material changes
- We will notify you via in-app announcement and email
- Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account before they take effect
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the community standards. If
we do:
- We will notify you of the reason (unless prohibited by law or safety concerns)
- You may appeal by contacting support@in2it.live within 30 days
- Data deletion follows the same process as voluntary account deletion
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
